Common use of Garnishments, Tax Levies, Child Support Orders, and Wage Assignments Clause in Contracts

Garnishments, Tax Levies, Child Support Orders, and Wage Assignments. With respect to garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, and wage assignments in effect with InvenTrust (or any other InvenTrust Entity) as of the Distribution Date for any Highlands Employee or Former Highlands Employee, Highlands (and any other employing Highlands Entity), as appropriate, shall honor such payroll deduction authorizations and shall continue to make payroll deductions and payments to the authorized payee, as specified by the court or governmental order which was on file with InvenTrust as of immediately prior to the Distribution Date. InvenTrust shall, as soon as practicable after the Distribution Date, provide Highlands (and any other employing Highlands Entity), as appropriate, with such information in InvenTrust’s possession (and not already in the possession of a Highlands Entity) as may be reasonably requested by the Highlands Entities and necessary for the Highlands Entities to make the payroll deductions and payments to the authorized payee as required by this Section 8.2.
