GAS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS. All gas distribution systems of the Company acquired or constructed by it between April 1, 2023, the date of the Fifty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture, and the date of this Fifty-Fifth Supplemental Indenture, and owned by it at the latter date, for distribution of gas, including pipes, mains, conduits, meters, appliances, equipment, and all other property, real or personal, forming a part of or appertaining to or used, occupied or enjoyed in connection with such distribution systems,
