Common use of Gas Imbalances, Prepayments Clause in Contracts

Gas Imbalances, Prepayments. Except as set forth in Schedule 3.24, on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take-or-pay arrangements or other prepayments (including deferred production agreements or volumetric production payments) with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties or production therefrom that would require the Borrower or any Subsidiary to deliver Hydrocarbons either generally or produced from the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor.

Except as set forth in on Schedule 3.248.26, on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take-or-take or pay arrangements or other prepayments (including deferred production agreements or volumetric production payments) with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties or production therefrom that which would require the Borrower any Obligor or any Subsidiary to deliver Hydrocarbons either generally or produced from the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefortherefor exceeding one-half bcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

Except as set forth in on Schedule 3.247.18, on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take-or-take or pay arrangements or other prepayments (including deferred production agreements or volumetric production payments) with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties or production therefrom that which would require the Borrower or any Subsidiary of its Subsidiaries to deliver Hydrocarbons either generally or produced from the their Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefortherefor exceeding one-fourth of a bcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.

Except as set forth in on Schedule 3.243.23 or on the most recent certificate delivered pursuant to Section 5.11(c), on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take-or-take or pay arrangements or other prepayments (including deferred production agreements or volumetric production paymentspursuant to an Advance Payment Contract) with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties or production therefrom that would require the any Borrower or any Subsidiary to deliver Hydrocarbons either generally or produced from the Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor.

Except as set forth in on Schedule 3.243.19, on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take-or-take or pay arrangements or other prepayments (including deferred production agreements or volumetric production paymentspursuant to an Advance Payment Contract) with respect to the Oil and Gas Properties or production therefrom that which would require the Borrower or any Subsidiary Loan Party to deliver Hydrocarbons either generally or produced from the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefortherefor exceeding a volume equal to one (1) bcf of gas (on an mcf equivalent basis) in the aggregate.
