Gateway Services Sample Clauses

Gateway Services. If Merchant has requested one or more Gateway Services from PSiGate, the provisions of Article D of this Agreement shall apply to such services. If Merchant has not requested any Gateway Services from PSiGate but is authorized to accept and process Card Not Present Transactions through a third party payment gateway, Merchant must inform Servicers of such third party payment gateway, any processing software, shopping cart, Web Site host, or other service provider (collectively “Third Party Gateway Service Providers”). Any third party payment gateway must be approved by Servicers and Merchant is prohibited from transmitting any Cardholder Data to any Third Party Gateway Service Providers (or any third party) without the approval of Servicers. If Merchant accepts Card Not Present Transactions without such approval, Servicers may, in addition to any other rights they may have under this Agreement, establish a Chargeback reserve account to protect them from risk of loss.

Gateway Services. The provisions of this Article D – GATEWAY SERVICES apply only if Merchant requested one or more Gateway Services in the Application.

Gateway Services. Where we provide Gateway Services to you in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the following additional provisions in this Part 1 apply. 1.1 We do not guarantee any minimum response times in connection with on-line Authorisations or availability of a specific payment method. 1.2 We may adjust the content and interfaces of the Gateway Services to keep the Gateway Services up to date with market requirements. If such adjustments require you to make necessary changes in your software, interfaces or operating procedures, we will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable prior to the execution of such adjustments. You shall be responsible for your own costs with respect to such changes to your software, interfaces or operating procedures.

Gateway Services eHealth Exchange grants to Participant, for itself and its Participant Users, a non-exclusive and non-transferrable right to access and use the Gateway subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum, the Participation Agreement, the DURSA inclusive of all Performance Specifications and Operating Policies and Procedures adopted by eHealth Exchange.

Gateway Services. To facilitate the processing of transactions online, Fiserv may provide the Company its online processing system that provides an interface for the transmission of transaction data between Fiserv and the Company in connection with the Acquiring Services or Third-Party Services (the Gateway Services). Where the Company uses the Gateway Services, it shall comply with the terms of Schedule B to this General Terms.

Gateway Services. ‌ 8.1 Where Xplor is providing Gateway Services in respect of Direct Debit Transactions this Clause 8 will apply.

Gateway Services. The ATH Network is linked to one or more processors that process transactions through national and international networks permitting the interchange of transactions among participating institutions in the various networks. Cardholders of BPPR (as the Issuer Participant) will be able to use their cards at the terminal of entities participating in the national and international networks. BPPR (as the Terminal Participant) will be able to request authorization for cards issued by other entities that participate in those networks. Transaction settlement is included in the daily settlement reports generated by the ATH Network.

Gateway Services. Customer shall be responsible for all expenses associated with any gateway services provided to Customer by a third party processor in order to gain access into regional networks in which Elan has no Network Connectivity as listed in Exhibit B.
