Common use of General Account Activity Clause in Contracts

General Account Activity. An Active Account means you must have engaged in one of the following activities within the past ninety (90) days: (i) logged into your Account or (ii) updated your Account information. Except where prohibited by applicable law, if you have not engaged in one of the activities in subsections (i)-(ii) for more than ninety (90) consecutive days, Company reserves the right to close your Account and cease to maintain your Account records and Program access.
