Common use of General Allocation Clause in Contracts

General Allocation. Any other closing costs and expenses which are not addressed in Section 5.8.1 and Section 5.8.2 above shall be allocated between CBL/OP and Contributors in accordance with the customary practice in the jurisdiction in which the Property is located.
