General Assembly Access to Records. In accordance with Conn. Gen. Stat. § 4d-40, the Joint Committee on Legislative Management and each nonpartisan office of the General Assembly shall continue to have access to DAS records that is not less than the access that said committee and such offices have on July 1, 1997.
