General Conditions and Frequency of Service. The Contractor shall provide Collection of White Goods to all residential dwelling units listed in the County’s solid waste assessment roll as “multifamily” units at no additional cost. White Goods from Multifamily dwelling units are collected at one or more central locations accessible to the Contractor’s collection vehicle. Such collection shall occur once per week and no less than every seven (7) days. For the purpose of this service, Saturday is considered a collection day.
