General conditions precedent. The obligation of the Banks to make any Advance available shall be subject to the further conditions that, at the time of the giving of the Drawdown Notice for such Advance, and at the time of the making of such Advance: 9.2.1 the representations and warranties contained in (a) clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3(b) of this Agreement and (b) clause 4 of each Corporate Guarantee, are true and correct on and as of each such time as if each was made with respect to the facts and circumstances existing at such time; and 9.2.2 no Default shall have occurred and be continuing or would result from the making of the relevant Advance.

The obligation of the Banks each Bank to make contribute to any Advance available shall be subject to the further conditions that, at the time of the giving of the Drawdown Notice for such Advance, and at the time of the making of such Advance: 9.2.1 the representations and warranties contained in (a) clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3(b) of this Agreement and (b) clause 4 of each the Corporate Guarantee, are true and correct on and as of each such time as if each was made with respect to the facts and circumstances existing at such time; and 9.2.2 no Default shall have occurred and be continuing or would result from the making of the relevant such Advance.

The obligation of the Banks Bank to make made any Advance available shall be subject to the further conditions that, at the time of the giving of the Drawdown Notice for such Advance, and at the time of the making of such Advance: 9.2.1 the representations and warranties contained in (a) clauses 7.1, 7.1 and 7.2 and 7.3(b) of this Agreement and (bii) clause 4 of each Corporate Guarantee, are true and correct on and as of each such time as if each was made with respect to the facts and circumstances existing at such time; and 9.2.2 no Default shall have occurred and be continuing or would result from the making of the relevant Advance.

The obligation of the Banks Bank to make any Advance available shall be subject to the further conditions that, at the time of the giving of the Drawdown Notice for such Advance, in respect of the relevant Advance and at the time of the making of such the relevant Advance: 9.2.1 the representations and warranties contained in (ai) clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3(b) of this Agreement and (bii) clause 4 of each the Corporate Guarantee, are true and correct on and as of each such time as if each was made with respect to the facts and circumstances existing at such time; and 9.2.2 no Default shall have occurred and be continuing or would result from the making of the relevant such Advance.

The obligation of the Banks each Bank to make any contribute to either Advance available shall be subject to the further conditions that, at the time of the giving of the Drawdown Notice for such Advance, and at the time of the making of such Advance: 9.2.1 the representations and warranties contained in (a) clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3(b) of this Agreement and (b) clause 4 of each the Corporate Guarantee, are true and correct on and as of each such time as if each was made with respect to the facts and circumstances existing at such time; and 9.2.2 no Default shall have occurred and be continuing or would result from the making of the relevant such Advance.

The obligation of the Banks Bank to make any Advance available shall be subject to the further conditions that, at the time of the giving of the Drawdown Notice for such Advance, and at the time of the making of such Advance: 9.2.1 the representations and warranties contained in (ai) clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3(b) of this Agreement and (bii) clause 4 of each Corporate Owner’s Guarantee, are true and correct on and as of each such time as if each was made with respect to the facts and circumstances existing at such time; and; 9.2.2 no Default shall have occurred and be continuing or would result from the making of such Advance; and 9.2.3 in the relevant Advancecase of Advances under the Additional Tranche, that the conditions set out in clauses 9.1.1, 9.1.2 and 9.1.3 have been satisfied.

The obligation of the Banks Bank to make any Advance available shall be subject to the further conditions that, at the time of the giving of the Drawdown Notice for such Advance, in respect of the relevant Advance and at the time of the making of such the relevant Advance: 9.2.1 the representations and warranties contained in (ai) clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3(b) of this Agreement and (bii) clause 4 of each Corporate Guarantee, are true and correct on and as of each such time as if each was made with respect to the facts and circumstances existing at such time; and 9.2.2 no Default shall have occurred and be continuing or would result from the making of the relevant such Advance.

The obligation of the Banks to make any either Advance available shall be subject to the further conditions that, at the time of the giving of the Drawdown Notice for such Advance, and at the time of the making of such Advance: 9.2.1 the representations and warranties contained in (a) clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3(b) of this Agreement and (b) clause 4 of each Corporate Guarantee), are true and correct on and as of each such time as if each was made with respect to the facts and circumstances existing at such time; and 9.2.2 no Default shall have occurred and be continuing or would result from the making of the relevant Advance.

The obligation of the Banks Bank to make any Advance available shall be subject to the further conditions that, at the time of the giving of the Drawdown Notice for such Advance, and at the time of the making of such Advance: 9.2.1 9.5.1 the representations and warranties contained in (ai) clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3(b) of this Agreement and (bii) clause 4 of each Corporate Owner’s Guarantee, are true and correct on and as of each such time as if each was made with respect to the facts and circumstances existing at such time; and; 9.2.2 9.5.2 no Default shall have occurred and be continuing or would result from the making of such Advance; and 9.5.3 in the relevant Advancecase of Advances under the Additional Tranche, that the conditions set out in clauses 9.1.1, 9.1.2 and 9.1.3 have been satisfied.
