Common use of General Description of Land Use Clause in Contracts

General Description of Land Use. The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are the following: (a) Non-residential uses permitted by the C-2A (Minor Commercial) Zone, with the exception of a bowling alley, motion picture theatre, service station, billboard, and commercial recreation uses; (b) A lounge in conjunction with a permitted restaurant; (c) One (1) dwelling unit on the ground-floor; (d) An apartment house (multiple-unit residential uses); and (e) Uses accessory to any of the foregoing uses.

General Description of Land Use. The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are the following: (a) Non-residential uses permitted by the C-2A (Minor Commercial) ZoneZone within the commercial space as shown on Schedule C, with the exception of a bowling alley, motion picture theatre, service station, billboard, and commercial recreation uses; (b) A lounge in conjunction with a permitted restaurant; (c) One (1) dwelling unit on the ground-floor; (d) An apartment house (multiple-unit residential uses); and (ed) Uses accessory to any of the foregoing uses.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are the following: (a) Nonpermitted uses of the R-1 (Single Unit Dwelling) Zone and R-5 (Townhouse Dwelling) Zone of the Land Use By-residential uses permitted Law for Timberlea/Lakeside/Beechville, as enabled by this Agreement and as generally illustrated on the C-2A (Minor Commercial) Zone, with the exception of a bowling alley, motion picture theatre, service station, billboard, and commercial recreation usesSchedules; (b) A lounge in conjunction with a permitted restaurant; (c) One (1) dwelling unit on accessory uses and buildings, as per the ground-floor; (d) An apartment house (multiple-unit residential uses); and (e) Uses accessory to any requirements of the foregoing usesLand Use By-law.

General Description of Land Use. 3.3.1 The use(s) uses of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are the following: (a) Non-residential uses permitted by the C-2A (Minor Commercial) Zone, with the exception of a bowling alley, motion picture theatre, service station, billboard, and commercial recreation usesService Stations; (b) A lounge in conjunction with Full Service Restaurants, which may include a permitted restaurantTake-Out Restaurant; (c) One (1) dwelling unit on the groundDrive-floorIn Restaurants; (d) An apartment house Retail Stores; (multiple-unit residential uses)e) Medical, dental and veterinary clinics; (f) Offices; (g) Banks and financial institutions; and (eh) Uses accessory to any of the foregoing uses.

The 3.3.1 Subject to Subsection 3.3.2, the use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are the following: (a) Non-residential uses permitted by the C-2A (Minor Commercial) Zoneuses, with the exception of a bowling alley, motion picture theatre, service station, billboard, and commercial recreation uses; (b) A lounge in conjunction with a permitted restaurant; (c) One (1) dwelling unit on the ground-floor; (d) An including an apartment house (multiple-unit residential usesmultiple dwelling); and; (eb) Uses accessory to any of the foregoing uses.restaurants and licensed alcohol establishments, excluding cabarets and lounges;

The use(s) uses of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are are: (a) A classic open space design development as enabled by this Agreement and as illustrated on Schedules; (b) Use of the Lands in the development shall be limited to the following: (ai) Non-residential uses permitted by the C-2A (Minor Commercial) Zone, with the exception of a bowling alley, motion picture theatre, service station, billboard, and commercial recreation usesSingle unit dwellings; (bii) A lounge in In conjunction with a permitted restaurantsingle unit dwellings, home based offices and day care facilities, subject to the requirements of the R-1 (Single Unit Dwelling) Zone as set out in the Land Use By-law for ▇▇▇▇ Harbour/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; (ciii) One (1) dwelling unit on the ground-floor; (d) An apartment house (multiple-unit residential uses); and (e) Uses accessory to any of the foregoing usesAccessory buildings and structures in accordance with this Agreement.
