General Description of Land Use. The use(s) of the Lands permitted by this Agreement are the following: (a) Non-residential uses permitted by the C-2A (Minor Commercial) Zone, with the exception of a bowling alley, motion picture theatre, service station, billboard, and commercial recreation uses; (b) A lounge in conjunction with a permitted restaurant; (c) One (1) dwelling unit on the ground-floor; (d) An apartment house (multiple-unit residential uses); and (e) Uses accessory to any of the foregoing uses.
