Common use of General Description of Work Clause in Contracts

General Description of Work. The Contractor shall furnish or cause to be furnished, and pay for out of the Contract Sum, all management, supervision, financing, goods, products, materials, equipment, systems, labor, services, permits, licenses, construction machinery, water, heat, utilities, transportation and other facilities necessary for proper execution and completion of its scope of the Work in accordance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The general nature of the Scope of Work that the Contractor is to complete is briefly described in the Project Description of the ITB.
