Common use of General Description of Work Clause in Contracts

General Description of Work. 1.1. The Contractor agrees to furnish all of the labor and materials to carry out the work for the Customer at the project address. 1.2. If the Contractor has been engaged in a design capacity, they agree to manage the expeditor to obtain all permits required by New York City law. The customer is responsible for all building permit application fees and permits. 1.3. The Contractor agrees to keep the project site clean and tidy wherever possible and clean up after the work is complete. 1.4. All work performed by the Contractor shall be subject to final approval by the Customer in accordance to Bolster’s Renovation Quality Standards 2015. 1.5. A full description of the work, all plans and drawings and the materials to be provided by the Contractor and the Customer can be found in “Attachment 2” (Estimate).
