General Design Requirements. The consultant shall design the Project in conformity with the applicable portions of the City of Overland Park’s “Project Procedure Manual” and the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Stormwater Management Program, the current version of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) as adopted by the Secretary, and the current version of the KDOT Standard Specifications for State Road and Bridge Construction with Special Provisions. The Design plans shall be signed and sealed by the licensed professional engineer responsible for the preparation of the design plans. Geological investigations or studies shall be signed and sealed by the licensed Geologist responsible for the preparation of the geological investigations or studies. Rights of way descriptions shall be signed and sealed by the licensed land surveyor responsible for the preparation of the rights of way descriptions.
