General Liability Coverage to be. “Primary.” Consultant’s general liability coverage must be primary insurance as it pertains to the City, its officers, officials, employees, agents, and volunteers. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the City, its officers, officials, employees, or volunteers is wholly separate from the insurance provided by Consultant and in no way relieves Consultant from its responsibility to provide insurance.
