General Liability Policies. Each of Crane Company (on its own behalf and on behalf of each other member of the Crane Company Group) and Crane NXT, Co. (on its own behalf and on behalf of each other member of the Crane NXT Group) covenants and agrees that it will procure and maintain, at its sole cost and expense, for a period of no less than five (5) years from the Effective Time, annual occurrence-based general liability insurance policies issued by insurers with an A.M. Best Company financial strength rating of “A-” or better (such policies maintained by Crane Company, the “Crane Company GL Policies”, and such policies maintained by ▇▇▇▇▇ NXT, Co., the “Crane NXT GL Policies”, and collectively, the “GL Policies”). The GL Policies shall provide coverage that is appropriate for the risks insured and shall contain terms and conditions that are similar to the (i) Crane NXT, Co.’s primary, umbrella and excess general liability policies in place as of the Effective Time, in the case of the Crane Company GL Policies; and (ii) Crane Company’s primary, umbrella and excess general liability policies in place as of the Effective Time, in the case of the Crane NXT GL Policies.
General Liability Policies the State of California, the Trustees of the California State University, the University, their officers, employees, representatives, volunteers, and agents are to be covered as additional insureds.

  • General Liability Insurance The Contractor must secure and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, including bodily injury, property damage, products, personal and advertising injury, and completed operations. This insurance must provide coverage for all claims that may arise from performance of the Contract or completed operations, whether by the Contractor or anyone directly or indirectly employed by the Contractor. Such insurance must include the State of Florida as an additional insured for the entire length of the resulting contract. The Contractor is responsible for determining the minimum limits of liability necessary to provide reasonable financial protections to the Contractor and the State of Florida under the resulting contract.

The insurance coverage provided by the CONTRACTOR shall contain language providing coverage up to one (1) year following completion of the contract in order to provide insurance coverage for the hold harmless provisions herein if the policy is a claims-made policy.

  • The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance and Excess Public Liability Insurance policies, if written on a Claims First Made Basis, shall be maintained in full force and effect for two (2) years after termination of this LGIA, which coverage may be in the form of tail coverage or extended reporting period coverage if agreed by the Parties.
