Common use of General Limitations On Use Clause in Contracts

General Limitations On Use. Tenant shall not do or permit anything to be done in or about the Leased Premises, the Building, the Outside Areas or the Property which does or could (i) jeopardize the structural integrity of the Building or (ii) cause damage to any part of the Leased Premises, the Building, the Outside Areas or the Property. Tenant shall not operate any equipment within the Leased Premises which does or could (i) injure, vibrate or shake the Leased Premises or the Building, (ii) damage or overload of any electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilating or air conditioning systems within or servicing the Leased Premises or the Building. Tenant shall not drain or discharge any fluids in the landscaped areas or across the paved areas of the Property. Tenant shall not use any of the Outside Areas for the storage of its materials, supplies, inventory or equipment and all such materials, supplies, inventory or equipment shall at all times be stored within the Leased Premises. Tenant shall not commit nor permit to be committed any waste in or about the Leased Premises, the Building, the Outside Areas or the Property.
