Common use of General Manager Clause in Contracts

General Manager. The Board may appoint a General Manager or assign staff of one or more Authority Members to conduct the business of the Authority in accordance with the policies of the Board; provided that no Authority Member’s staff will be so assigned without the consent of that Authority Member. The General Manager serves at the pleasure of the Board and may be an employee or a contractor of the Authority.
