Common use of General Modifications Clause in Contracts

General Modifications. The Parties shall undertake the Discovery Program in accordance with the Research Plan. The Program Directors will review the Research Plan on at least an annual basis and submit any proposed modifications or updates to the Parties for their approval; any such modifications or updates shall not become effective until approved by both Parties.
