Common use of General Objective Clause in Contracts

General Objective. The principle investment objective of the Fund is to obtain as high level of capital appreciation as is consistent with prudent risk control and the preservation of capital, whilst having sufficient liquidity to meet the Fund’s ongoing obligations. The Individual view the fund’s tolerance for risk in managing the fund’s assets as medium. Given the Fund’s size, the Individual Investor takes a short view in establishing the risk-return framework. Nonetheless, the Individual Investor is willing to accept volatile short/long-term investment returns, in the expectation that volatility will be more than compensated by superior long-term performance.
