General Orders and Rules and Regulations Provided. The City agrees to furnish each employee of the bargaining unit a written or electronic copy of the current operational orders, rules and regulations of the Department, the Employee Handbook, and a copy of the current collective bargaining agreement. New employees shall be furnished these documents as soon as possible after being hired.
