General Orders and Rules and Regulations Provided. The County agrees to provide access to each employee of the bargaining unit a copy of the current Polices, and Rules and Regulations of the District Attorney and revisions thereof. New employees shall be furnished documents as soon as possible after being hired. The District Attorney agrees to negotiate, as required by state law, with the Association concerning the impacts of any change in the policies and rules and regulations of the District Attorney that affects wages, hours and working conditions.
