Common use of General override Clause in Contracts

General override. Notwithstanding any of the other terms of the Consenting Beneficiary Agreements (including any of the Common Terms), nothing in such terms is intended to or shall have the effect of or be deemed to have the effect of requiring the Company to act or refrain from acting in breach of any law (including any Final Order). This Clause 30 is for the Company’s benefit alone and may, in any particular instance or circumstances, be waived by the Company in its absolute discretion.
