General Preamble. SECTION 1.1 - SACRT/UNION RELATIONS Labor-Management Meetings - Joint labor-management meetings shall be scheduled monthly at a mutually convenient time and place for the purpose of improving communications and promoting harmony and cooperation between SacRT and Union through informal discussions of matters of policy and operation which are of general concern. Should the Union elect, they may include up to 7 IBEW-represented employees in the meetings, one from each of the departments of Bus Maintenance, Light Rail Maintenance, Wayside, Procurement, Elk Grove, SacRT GO, and Facilities, with said employees being compensated at straight time for such meeting time.
