General Principles of Governance. The RHP Fund has no separate legal personality and thus will be managed by the Fund Manager on behalf of the Donors in accor- dance with these General Conditions and under the supervision of the Assembly of Donors and the RHP Steering Committee. The Assembly of Donors is the governing body of the RHP Fund and, in particular, decides on the use and allocation of the Fund Resources. The RHP Steering Committee is the high coordinating body of the RHP. The role and the functioning of the RHP Steering Committee is des- cribed in the Rules of Procedure of the RHP Steering Committee which will be endorsed by the participants to the RHP Steering Co- mmittee prior to the RHP Steering Committee’s first meeting.
