Common use of General Project Information Clause in Contracts

General Project Information. It is our understanding that TFC has contracted with the Prime Consultant/Engineer-of-Record (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇) to provide A/E design services for deferred maintenance (DM) upgrades at the TSBVI Campus. The DM work that will be part of MEP’s commissioning scope of work includes the following disciplines: • HVAC Equipment (either new or modified as part of this DM project) • Select New Plumbing Equipment and/or Plumbing Fixtures
