General Provisions Regarding Payment. Borrower shall make each payment under this Agreement not later than 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) on the day when due in immediately available funds in Dollars to the account of Lender provided to Borrower from time to time. For purposes of computing interest and Fees and determining Borrowing Availability as of any date, all payments shall be deemed received on the Business Day on which immediately available funds therefor are received by Lender prior to noon Pacific Standard Time. Payments received in by Lender after noon Pacific Standard Time on any Business Day or on a day that is not a Business Day shall be deemed to have been received on the following Business Day so long as such funds are available funds.
