Common use of General Purchase Quantities Clause in Contracts

General Purchase Quantities. Unless excused by some other provision of this Agreement, Purchaser shall annually pay Portland a sum of money equal to the annual water rate applicable to Purchaser for that year multiplied by the actual quantity of water delivered to Purchaser. Purchaser’s annual water rate will be determined pursuant to Section 6. Purchaser shall make payments to Portland as provided in Section 12.

General Purchase Quantities.
