General Release of Claims and Covenant Not to ▇▇▇. Employee for himself and his respective administrators, executors, agents, beneficiaries and assigns, does waive, release and forever discharge the Company (as defined below) of and from any and all Claims (as defined below). Employee agrees not to file a lawsuil to assert any such Claim. This release covers all Claims arising from the beginning of time through and Including the date of a Change in Control, as defined in the Executive Change in Control Agreement, but does not cover Claims relating to the validity or enforcement of this Release Agreement.
