Common use of General Reporting Requirements Clause in Contracts

General Reporting Requirements. CONTRACTOR hereby agrees to provide COUNTY with any and all reports that may be required by any local, state and/or federal agencies for compliance with this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) electronic copy of any and all reports required pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement in a format that complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and any other applicable local, state and federal accessibility laws, regulations and standards.
