General Requirements Applicable to All Policies. The following GeneralRequirements to all policies shall apply: 11.4.1 Only licensed insurance carriers authorized to do business in the State of Texas will be accepted. 11.4.2 Deductibles shall be listed on the Certificate of Insurance. 11.4.3 “Claims made” policies will not be accepted, except for Professional Liability insurance. 11.4.4 Coverage shall not be suspended, voided, canceled, or reduced in coverage or in limits of liability except after thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice has been given to the City of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Hills. 11.4.5 The Certificates of Insurance shall be prepared and executed by the insurance carrier or its authorized agent on the most current State of Texas Department of Insurance-approved forms.
