General Statements. A “Cash & Debt Report” should be completed and submitted to Corporate Treasury or the appropriate Regional Treasury Center on a monthly basis. These reports should be prepared at the end of each month and should include: current bank balances, bank names and account numbers, and descriptions of cash and short-term investments held at the end of each accounting month.
