Common use of General Subcontracting Requirements Clause in Contracts

General Subcontracting Requirements. 11.1.1 Other than Work performed pursuant to Articles 11.4 or 11.5 of this CM/GC Contract, the CM/GC shall subcontract the Work to Subcontractors other than the CM/GC and its Affiliates. If the CM/GC elects to bid on any Work, the CM/GC shall inform Owner of its intention to do so prior to the bid date for that Work. 11.1.2 The CM/GC shall comply with Oregon Administrative Rules (“OAR”) 580- 061-0030, and OAR 580-061-0035 in all respects regarding Minority, Women and Emerging Small Business Enterprises. The CM/GC shall take the actions specified in ORS 200.045(2) and (3) to make good faith efforts to subcontract with Minority, Women and Emerging Small Business Enterprises. 11.1.3 The CM/GC shall report to Owner on the results of the good faith efforts of compliance required in Article 11.1.2 following award of all subcontracts.
