General Terms and Conditions 1. ADJUSTMENTS TO FEES METROPOLITAN may, from time to time, change the method for determining any or all of the fees charged pursuant to this agreement so long as the new method conforms with the intent of the parties, is reasonable and reflects changes in market rates and/or the cost for providing such services.
