Common use of General Terms and Conditions of Sale Clause in Contracts

General Terms and Conditions of Sale. This Credit Application is being submitted by Purchaser for the purpose of obtaining credit from Frigelar North America, Inc., d/b/a Fissco Supply (“Seller”) for the purchase of certain goods, supplies, and equipment, and any accessory, part or attachment thereto (collectively, the “Products”) from Seller. Seller’s extension of credit to Purchaser is made expressly conditional on Purchaser’s assent to the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale (these “Terms”):
