Common use of General Use and Disclosure Clause in Contracts

General Use and Disclosure. Except as otherwise limited in this Agreement, Contractor may use or disclose Protected Health Information only to perform its obligations and services to ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ M.D.'s or as Required By Law, provided that such use or disclosure would not violate the Privacy or Security Rule if done by the Practice.
