General Use of the Vessel. Charterer shall, throughout the Term, have the exclusive use of the Vessel for the sole purpose of transporting LNG, operating the Vessel as an LNGRV, and carrying out activities incidental to such transportation and operation in accordance with the provisions of this Charter.
