General Uses. Subject to the terms, provisions, and conditions hereof, and subject to the rights of other On Airport RACs CONCESSIONAIRE shall have the non- exclusive right to use and enjoy the ConRAC including the rights of possession and quiet enjoyment of its Leased Premises, for the sole purpose of conducting and operating a high-quality, well-managed Rental Car Business at the Airport. CONCESSIONAIRE
