Common use of General Uses Clause in Contracts

General Uses. Landowner shall retain all customary rights of ownership in the Property not otherwise limited by this Easement, including the right to exclusive possession of the Property. Nothing contained in this Easement grants any right to the public to enter upon or use the Property at will. This Easement allows for activities and uses of the Property considered compatible with the purpose of this Easement, including activities and uses that don’t diminish, harm, or threaten the Conservation Values.
