Common use of General Voluntary Exit Clause in Contracts

General Voluntary Exit. i. Maintenance of VE List  The Labour Relations department will receive written offers from employees to Voluntarily Exit and will then place their names on the Voluntary Exit list.  The employee may withdraw their offer in writing at any time, up to the point of receiving written acceptance by the Employer.  The position of the employee making the offer will not be considered to be a vacancy under Article 5.  Article 6.04 does not apply.
