Generation Interconnection Request. A request by a Generation Interconnection Customer pursuant to Subpart A of Part IV of the Tariff to interconnect a generating unit with the Transmission System or to increase the capacity of a generating unit interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. An entity that owns or otherwise controls and operates one or more operating generating units in the PJM Region.
