Genesys Cloud Services. You will pay all fees and charges for the Genesys Cloud Services pursuant to the attached Genesys Cloud Schedule and Services Order. Upon execution by both parties, each Services Order shall be a non-cancelable, non-refundable order by Customer. Subject to Section 4.3 (Fee Disputes), We reserve the right to suspend the Genesys Cloud Services, or any portion thereof, or reject the transmission of any information through the Genesys Cloud Service based upon (i) reasonable belief that the use of the Genesys Cloud Services is in violation of applicable Laws, (ii) Your failure to pay amounts when due, or (iii) an imminent compromise to the security or integrity of the network. As practicable depending on the circumstances, we will provide notice of the suspension and keep You reasonably informed of Genesys’ efforts to restore the Genesys Cloud Services. You acknowledge and agree that fees quoted in a Services Order are contingent upon the agreed upon length of the entire Term. These fees are not subject to early termination or cancellation and this obligation may not be waived.

Each year within a specified term requires payment in exchange for the continued provision of Cloud Services. Quantities of Cloud Services may not be decreased during the relevant subscription term. You acknowledge and agree that fees quoted in a Services Order are contingent upon the agreed upon length of the entire multi-year term. These fees are not subject to early termination or cancellation and this obligation may not be waived.

  • Cloud Services Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access and use the Number of Units of Cloud Services during the Term solely for internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable license restrictions stated in the Business Unit Terms, Order, and Documentation.   • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.
