Geographic Application Sample Clauses

The Geographic Application clause defines the specific geographic regions or territories where the terms of the agreement are valid and enforceable. This clause may specify that the contract applies only within certain countries, states, or regions, and can limit or expand the scope of rights, obligations, or restrictions based on location.
