Common use of Geographic Coverage Clause in Contracts

Geographic Coverage. ‌ The AT&T FirstNet Solution will be provided using AT&T’s commercial LTE network along with the FirstNet Evolved Packet Core deployment. The approximate coverage of the NPSBN network (“Service Area”) is set forth in the computer-generated and predictively modeled coverage map provided upon execution of this contract. As the NPSBN evolves, AT&T will provide updated coverage maps from time to time to customers using or who are eligible for the AT&T FirstNet Solution. Authorized Users migrating from AT&T’s commercial network to the FirstNet Evolved Packet Core may need a new Subscriber Identification Module (SIM) card (at no charge to the customer) and/or a new device to access some advanced features of the NPSBN.
