Geological and Geophysical Evaluation. The Partnership will carry out and complete a regional evaluation during the First 3-Year Exploration Period which shall cover one or more Blocks. This evaluation will include the following: a. Analysis, interpretation and reprocessing of existing seismic data b. Analysis of existing well log data c. Integration and evaluation of seismic, log, gravity and magnetic data d. Identification of structural and stratigraphic traps e. Identification and analysis of potential reservoir rock characteristics f. Determination of appropriate drilling, completion and production techniques g. Acquisition of 2-D seismic data over 500 km of seismic lines.
Geological and Geophysical Evaluation. 4.2.1 The Company will carry out and complete a regional evaluation within one or more Blocks during the first twenty-four (24) months of the First 3-Year Exploration Period. This evaluation will include the following: a. compile, examine, interpret and process existing seismic data; b. compile and interpret existing well data; c. compile, process and interpret existing potential field data; d. integrate seismic, well and potential field data in a regional report; e. identify prospective ("target") reservoir horizons; f. identify structural or structural-stratigraphic traps ("potential drill sites"). 4.2.2 The Company will carry out and complete an initial prospect delineation during the First 3-Year Exploration Period, during which it will: a. determine optimal seismic acquisition parameters; and b. acquire 2D or 3D seismic data over 500 km of seismic lines;

  • Geological and archaeological finds It is expressly agreed that mining, geological or archaeological rights do not form part of this Agreement with the Contractor for the Works, and the Contractor hereby acknowledges that it shall not have any mining rights or interest in the underlying minerals, fossils, antiquities, structures or other remnants or things either of particular geological or archaeological interest and that such rights, interest and property on or under the Site shall vest in and belong to the Authority or the concerned Government Instrumentality. The Contractor shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent its workmen or any other person from removing or damaging such interest or property and shall inform the Authority forthwith of the discovery thereof and comply with such instructions as the concerned Government Instrumentality may reasonably give for the removal of such property. For the avoidance of doubt, it is agreed that any reasonable expenses incurred by the Contractor hereunder shall be reimbursed by the Authority. It is also agreed that the Authority shall procure that the instructions hereunder are issued by the concerned Government Instrumentality within a reasonable period.

  • TECHNICAL EVALUATION (a) Detailed technical evaluation shall be carried out by Purchase Committee pursuant to conditions in the tender document to determine the substantial responsiveness of each tender. For this clause, the substantially responsive bid is one that conforms to all the eligibility and terms and condition of the tender without any material deviation. The Institute’s determination of bid’s responsiveness is to be based on the contents of the bid itself without recourse to extrinsic evidence. The Institute shall evaluate the technical bids also to determine whether they are complete, whether required sureties have been furnished, whether the documents have been properly signed and whether the bids are in order. (b) The technical evaluation committee may call the responsive bidders for discussion or presentation to facilitate and assess their understanding of the scope of work and its execution. However, the committee shall have sole discretion to call for discussion / presentation. (c) Financial bids of only those bidders who qualify the technical criteria will be opened provided all other requirements are fulfilled. (d) AIIMS Jodhpur shall have right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

  • Engineering Forest Service completed survey and design for Specified Roads prior to timber sale advertisement, unless otherwise shown in A8 or Purchaser survey and design are specified in A7. On those roads for which Forest Service completes the design during the contract, the design quantities shall be used as the basis for revising estimated costs stated in the Schedule of Items and adjusting Timber Sale Account. (a) A7 to show Purchaser’s performance responsibility. (b) The Schedule of Items to include costs of survey and design, as provided under B5.24, and adjust Timber Sale Account, as provided in B5.

  • Reverse Engineering The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.
