Gift Card Program. Merchant hereby requests and authorizes Valutec to provide the Services so that Merchant and, if applicable, any other Participating Merchant may process Gift Card Transactions under the Gift Card Program.

Gift Card Program. The parties acknowledge that the Company has issued to its customers a number of Gift Cards either purchased by customers or issued as reward cards to loyal customers, which Cards may only be redeemed at Gas ‘N Shop stores, according to the terms thereof. The Company shall continue to honor such Gift Cards at the Retained Locations according to the terms of issuance of the said Cards, to the extent required by law. The Purchaser shall have no obligation to honor any Gas ‘N Shop Gift Card. Seller will also implement and give notice to its customers of a refund program whereby holders of Gas ‘N Shop Gift Cards may obtain a refund from the Company for the unused value of any Gift Card upon returning it to the Company.
Gift Card Program. The Vendor covenants and agrees to administer any and all outstanding gift cards under the Gift Card Program in the same manner as currently administered until such time as all obligations to the retail customers who have purchased gift cards under the Gift Card Program have been extinguished.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
