Gift Certificates. Buyer must honor whirlpool gift certificates ("Certificates") for a period of one (1) year after the Closing Date. Seller shall reimburse Buyer $25.00 for each Certificate if redeemed when the Hotel was not sold-out and $50.00 for each Certificate if redeemed when the Hotel was sold-out. This provision shall survive the Closing.
