GIS Data Clause Samples

GIS Data. Interconnection Customer shall provide GIS data for the project location. At a minimum, data will indicate the perimeter of the project, with the proposed or most likely location of project substation(s) and the proposed Point of Interconnection (POI).

GIS Data. The City has developed digital map information through Geographic Information Systems Technology (“GIS Data”) concerning the real property located within the City. If requested to do so by the Consultant, the City agrees to supply the Consultant with a digital copy of the GIS Data, subject to the following conditions:

GIS Data. In regards to GIS data, COUNTY agrees to provide a copy upon written request by the PUBLIC AGENCY to the extent allowed by laws, rules, regulations and agreements. 4. 9-1 1 Data

GIS Data. 3.3.1. NCT9-1-1 will provide an informational portal with addressing resources. 3.3.2. NCT9-1-1 will notify the 9-1-1 Addressing Authority within 24 hours of PSAP boundary changes.

GIS Data. Provide any currently available Geographic Information Systems (GIS) data. The County and the City will perform all GIS analyses necessary for completion of the Hazard Plan.

GIS Data. The Servicer hereby acknowledges and agrees that all books, records and information regarding the Timberland Investment, including, without limitation, the GIS Data which is maintained by the Servicer, is the property of USTK. On the Effective Date and each September 14th occurring thereafter during the term of the Indenture, the Servicer shall deliver to the Insurer and the Control Party a copy of the GIS Data in readable electronic format. USTK hereby acknowledges that the Servicer shall be entitled to retain a copy of all books, records and information regarding the provision of the Services hereunder.

GIS Data a. City and Consultant PM shall determine which deliverables require geospatial data development of GIS data by the Consultant and which, if any, should be delivered to the City. b. All GIS data delivered to the City shall follow the City of Tigard GIS Data Standards.

GIS Data the corners of building 69 will be GPS-located, prior to demolition and their location documented on Park maps for future reference. Location map will be added to GATE records, filed with the Electronic Technical Information Center (eTIC) of the NPS and submitted to NYSHPO for their records.

GIS Data. Electronic copies of all GIS data developed under this Cooperative Agreement, shall be submitted in accordance with the Naval District Washington Standards for Geographic Information System (GIS) Deliverables (Appendix A). The GIS data shall be submitted to the TPOC and SPOC (via CD-ROM or DVD). The Cooperator shall provide a document (Microsoft Word) that lists all layers developed or updated for the task.
