GIS Database. This is work that CAPCOG would need to perform if the PUBLIC AGENCY did not do so. CAPCOG’s expectation is that this work would by a person, either on staff or subcontracted by the PUBLIC AGENCY, with responsibilities, knowledge, skills, education, and experience comparable to the state’s “Geographic Information Specialist II” job description.1 Task 2 includes the following sub-tasks:
