GIS System. The Developer shall reimburse the City for its reasonable costs related to incorporating the Privately Installed Improvements into the City’s GIS system. The City shall charge an hourly rate based upon the City’s adopted fee schedule in effect at the time services are performed. The 2025 hourly rate is $XX.00 (The City will charge in one hour increments). The City’s estimate for the total cost of these charges is $xxxx and is attached hereto as Attachment J.
GIS System. The Developer shall reimburse the City for its reasonable costs related to incorporating the Privately Installed Improvements and the Municipal Installed Improvements into the City’s GIS system in an amount not to exceed $910.00 and is attached hereto as Attachment

Related to GIS System

  • Equipment and Software Any costs incurred by Kodak resulting from Customer (1) changes to the configuration of the Equipment or Software, or (2) postponement of Delivery or installation of the Equipment or Software;

  • Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible mobile hardware and software as specified by Credit Union from time to time. Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.

  • Functionality Customer is entitled to additional functionality previously purchased or bundled with the software if available in the version or update released on or after the start date of the Agreement. Customer acknowledges that certain functionality in current and previous software versions may not be available in future upgrades. Added functionality may require additional paid services (clinical and technical) to configure and support.

  • Security System The site and the Work area may be protected by limited access security systems. An initial access code number will be issued to the Contractor by the County. Thereafter, all costs for changing the access code due to changes in personnel or required substitution of contracts shall be paid by the Contractor and may be deducted from payments due or to become due to the Contractor. Furthermore, any alarms originating from the Contractor’s operations shall also be paid by the Contractor and may be deducted from payments due or to become due to the Contractor.
