GIVEAWAYS. The State of Wisconsin requires that EAA, as the host of AirVenture, obtain and maintain information on any giveaway promotions by any entity or individual taking place during AirVenture. Because EAA must comply with Wisconsin law, and given EAA also wishes to serve EAA members and AirVenture attendees who inquire as to the winners of a particular giveaway, EAA requires all Exhibitors register any and all giveaway promotions with the Exhibit Office and timely advise EAA of the winner(s) name(s), once determined.

GIVEAWAYS. Up to 10,000 visitors are expected at Earth Day-Bay Day 2017, many of them families with children. This is also a good opportunity to provide information to visitors to your booth and help with planning your 2018 booth.

HELIUM BALLOONS AND STICKY-BACKED GIVEWAY ITEMS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. VENDOR SHALL NOT ENGAGE IN ANY RAFFLE, CHANCE DRAWING, LOTTERY OR OTHER GAME OF CHANCE WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT OF CCFA AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING APPROVAL OF THE WASHINGTON STATE GAMBLING COMMISSION. The aisles, passageways and overhead space remain under the control of the CCFA and no signs, decorations, banners, advertising or exhibits will be permitted in those areas, except upon prior written permission of Fair Management. Signs may not extend into the aisles and must be confined to the booth area. Distribution of brochures or promotional materials may be handed out from the assigned space only.
GIVEAWAYS. In addition to any agency materials and educational handouts, please describe any “freebies” and/or food you will be handing out. Please note, this is a healthy event, so items such as candy will not be permitted.
GIVEAWAYS. Any inserts or giveaways accepted from an exhibitor must contain the sponsor’s logo in a conspicuous location. These regulations become a part of the contract between the Exhibitor and LatinPointe. The Exhibitor must comply with and be bound by all laws, ordinances, and regulations of the state, county, and city, and wherever applicable, of the police and fire departments. LatinPointe reserve the right to accept Exhibitor applications only from those whose goals are consistent with those of the Vegas Tejano Music Week. These regulations have been formulated in the best interest of all concerned. LatinPointe respectfully asks for the full cooperation of the Exhibitors in their observance. All points not covered are subject to the decision of LatinPointe’s Exhibits Coordinator.
GIVEAWAYS. In addition to acting as an agent for the Experience Partner, thl may also at times act as a principal in acquiring Experiences from the Experience Partner in cases where thl offers a discount below the Net Value of the Booking. (a) In these situations thl will acquire the Experience as principal and on-sell the experience to the Customer and thl will pay the Experience Partner the Net Value of the Experience. (b) The Experience Partner will issue a tax invoice to thl for the Net Value of the Experience.
GIVEAWAYS. Prize drawings in booths are permitted, consistent with applicable state and local laws that govern drawings. Exhibitors may distribute small, tasteful token gifts such as pens, notepads, etc. from their booth. Giveaways must meet the appropriate guidelines and have minimal monetary value. All items are subject to the approval of ARRS management Documentation of compliance with all applicable FDA guidelines relating to the marketing and promotion of investigational devices must be submitted to ARRS with the space application. Failure to meet marketing and labeling standards will result in removal of the device/drug in question from the exhibit hall or forfeiture of exhibition space. Exhibitors using companies other than the Official Service Contractor must advise ALLIANCE in writing of their intent no later than 30 days prior to the first day of installation. Exhibitors utilizing EACs agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARRS, ALLIANCE, and the Facility from any and all liability, including attorney’s fees, which may arise due to the third-party contractor’s (EACs) presence or actions. EACs agree to, when necessary, share with Official Service Contractor relevant fees, including but not limited to union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ fees. Exhibitor accepts final responsibility for any EAC employed on their behalf and agrees to educate EAC on all show rules and regulations. EACs must supply proof of insurance to ALLIANCE no less than 30 days in advance of installation. Insurance must include Commercial General Liability, such insurance shall cover claims by any person for bodily or personal injury, death or property damage occurring in connection with or arising out of the Licensed Event, with combined single limit coverage per occurrence of not less than $1,000,000 ($2,000,000 general aggregate), and which coverage shall name the MCCA as an additional insured. The Licensee shall also maintain workers’ compensation insurance as required by law, including employer’s liability coverage in the amount of $100,000 by accident and $100,000/$500,000 by disease. The Contractor shall also maintain admitted insurance satisfactory to the MCCA under compulsory insurance laws of Massachusetts for vehicles licensed herein. For all other vehicles, the Contractor shall maintain Comprehensive Business Automobile Liability insurance naming the MCCA as an additional insured, insuring any owned, non-owned and hired vehicles to be used in and out of the Facility, such policy to insure loading or unl...
GIVEAWAYS. As part of its Sponsorship rights, Sponsor may provide, in its own discretion, giveaways (the “Giveaways”) to be distributed at the Event. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, all undistributed Giveaways will be immediately returned to Sponsor. “Giveaways” may consist of items bearing the Sponsor logo.
